What we collect
When you send the quote form, we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your message, and the town you tell us you are in. When you call the number on this site, our phone system records the call and produces a transcript; you hear a notice that the call may be recorded before anyone picks up. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also keeps standard server logs (your IP address, browser type, and the pages you viewed) for a short time for security and performance.
How we use it
To respond to your request, to pass it to the licensed local contractor who handles the work in your area so they can contact you directly, and to keep a record of the requests we receive. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, rent it, or use it for anything unrelated to your request.
Who else sees it
The contractor who handles your request. And the companies whose services run this site: Cloudflare for hosting and the form, our call-tracking provider for the phone number and recordings, and the database where requests are stored. Each of them may use your information only to provide that service to us.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run advertising scripts, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. There is nothing to opt out of.
Your choices
Ask us to delete your information at any time through the contact page. We will remove it from our records and ask the contractor who received your request to do the same. If you would rather not be recorded, hang up before the call connects and use the form instead.
Children
This site is for homeowners and property managers and is not directed at anyone under 18.
